Summerland Festival: Registration

All attendees at the Summerland Festival must have a valid registration. Registration includes attendance at all festival events, but does not include cabin rental/bunk space or meal plan.

Vendors: your vendor registration covers you and your staff. (Please do list all staff under ‘Registrant names’). However, if you would also like to purchase additional registrations for non-vending individuals, please also check the appropriate registration type(s).

We’re including all lodging options, even free ones and “I’m not staying on site,” just so we know what to expect. Same for asking about cabin guests. Non-paid items are strictly for our planning purposes!

Weekend meal plans include breakfast, lunch and dinner from Thursday midday through Saturday midday. Saturday’s dinner is a potluck, and Sunday breakfast is available to all, regardless of meal plan purchase.

Day pass meal plans include all meals on the day of attendance.

Children eating on the meal plan must be accompanied by their parent or guardian, who must have also purchased a meal plan.

For more information on our open discount policy, see our Community Philosophy page, but basically: just use the discount amount that you need in order to be able to attend. That’s it; no catch.

And/or, if you would like to donate to support other’s attendance, you can enter that as a “Community support contribution.”

4. 100% discount: FULL
